How many guests can Unique Halls hold?
The tented Grand Ballroom on the lawn hosts 100 to 600 guests: Estate Package I covers 100 to 300 guests and Estate Package II covers 400 to 600. The Lower-Level Lounge hosts up to 200 guests.
What spaces are on the estate?
Four: the Grand Ballroom (a tent on the lawn), the Scenic Gardens (lawn and covered verandas), the Gourmet Dining Room (the manor’s main level) and the Lower-Level Lounge.
Is the manor included?
Yes. Every package includes the manor’s main level: the foyer, living room, dining room and kitchen.
Packages & pricing
How much does it cost?
The Estate Lounge package is $8,500, Estate Package I is $12,500 and Estate Package II is $16,500. Each covers an 8-hour event.
What’s included in a package?
Round and rectangular tables, gold Chiavari chairs, black or white table linens, chafing dishes, security, servers, bartenders, parking attendants and final cleanup. The two ballroom packages also include a 2-hour photo shoot on the estate.
How long is a rental?
Every package covers 8 hours. Ask us if you need more time for setup or a longer celebration.
Is a deposit required?
Deposit and payment terms are confirmed when you reserve your date. Ask us during your tour.
Food & drink
Can we bring our own caterer?
The manor’s full kitchen is open to your event and every package includes chafing dishes and servers. Contact us about catering options for your menu.
Is there a bar?
Every package includes bartenders: one with the Estate Lounge and two with each ballroom package. Ask us about bar service for your event.
Planning & decor
Can we decorate the space?
Yes. Decor, lighting, draping and backdrops are available through our sister companies, Uniquely DC and DC Scenics. Talk to us about your plans during your tour.
Do you help plan the event?
Yes. Our team helps you choose a space and package, plan the layout and coordinate setup on the day.
Booking & visits
How far ahead should we book?
Popular dates fill early, so we recommend booking a tour as soon as you have a date or season in mind.
Can I see the venue before booking?
Yes. Tours are by appointment. Request one on our Book a Tour page and we’ll confirm a time.
Parking & arrival
Is there parking?
Yes. Every package includes parking attendants: two with the Estate Lounge, three with Estate Package I and four with Estate Package II.
Is there security?
Every package includes security officers for 4 hours: one officer with the Estate Lounge and Estate Package I, and two with Estate Package II.
