Unique Halls is a private estate venue where your guests arrive at a stately manor, gather on an open lawn under a tented ballroom and carry the night on in the lounge. Our team takes care of the tables, the staff and the cleanup, so you can enjoy the day.

How many guests can Unique Halls hold?
The tented Grand Ballroom on the lawn is set for 100 to 600 guests, and the lower-level lounge hosts up to 200.
How long is a rental?
Every package covers an 8-hour event. Ask us if you need extra time for setup or a longer celebration.
What’s included in a package?
Tables, gold Chiavari chairs, black or white linens, chafing dishes, security, servers, bartenders, parking attendants and the final cleanup. The two ballroom packages also include a 2-hour photo shoot on the estate.
Can I see the venue before booking?
Yes. Book a private tour and we’ll walk you through the lawn, the manor and the lounge, and talk through dates and packages.
